The initial impetus for finding the story was from Marc Ambinder’s blog on The Atlantic.com.  Ambinder noted, along with a few other items, that Christian Ferry of the McCain campaign now had a new title and promotion - deputy campaign manager.  Previously, Ferry had been the author of the official McCain site’s blog, among other things.
