Text of fundraising e-mail, in which McCain campaign offers black-and-white fleece for any $200+ donation
The official McCain campaign sent out a fund-raising e-mail on Thursday, October 11, at 2:03 PM, in which they revived the tactic of offering campaign gear for donations. Here’s the text, which was sent out under the signature of campaign manager Rick Davis:

Fall campaign season has kicked into high gear, and the McCain campaign is continuing to build momentum as we head in to the winter primary season. Throughout John McCain’s travels in Iowa, New Hampshire, Michigan and South Carolina, he has been greeted by enthusiastic supporters at each stop rooting him on to become our next president.
Our campaign is energized by the outpouring of support in these early states. These supporters know that John McCain is the most qualified candidate to lead our country as the next President. John McCain stands ready to lead from day one with bold solutions to our nation’s most pressing challenges.
